In exercise ofthe powers conferred by the proviso toArticle 309 ofthe Constitution

of India, the Govemor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Ctrhattisgarh Dairy

(Gazetted) Service Recruifinent Rules,2013, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In preamble ofthe said rules.-

For the words and bracket "Chhattisgarh Dairy (Gazetted) Service", the words and bracket "Chhattisgarh

Livestock Development Departrnent Dairy (Gazetted) Service" shall be substituted.

In the said rules,-

1.

For sub-rule (l).ofrule 1, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
