No. 7275lXXI-A/Estt./C. G./2O21.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the
prowiso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby,
makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Law and kgislative Affairs
Departm'ent Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1983, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-

For the words, figure and symbol "Stenographers grade l/Stenographer Grade
I/Grade I Stenographer", wherever they occur, the words "Private Secretary"
shall be substituted
2.
For the words, Iigure and symbol "Stenographers Grade Il/Stenographer Grade
II/Grade II Stenographer", wherever they occur, the words "Personal Assistant"
shall be substituted.
3.
For the words, figure and symbol "Stenographers Grade III/Grade III
Stenographer", wherever they occur, the words "Stenographer" shall be
substituted.
4.
For rule 18, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
