NOTIFICATION

No. 89/2020 - State Tax

No. F 10-05/2 O2)/CTN(13).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Chhattisgarh

Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the

State Government, on the recommendgtions of the Council, hereby waives the amount of penalty payable by any

registered personunder section 125 of the said Act for non-compliance of the prbvisions of notificatiort No.

1412020-State Tax, No. F-10-3512020/CTA/(38), Ctrhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 3lst

March, 2020, published in the Gazptte (Extraordinary) of Chhafiisgarh, No. 178, dated the 3lst March, 2020,

between the period from the 0lst day of December, 2020 to the 3lst day of March, 2021, subject to the

condition that the said person complies with the provisions of the said notification from the 01 st day of April,

2021.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come in to force on2gthNovember 2020.
