No. F l-712015/16 (art).- ln exercise of the powers conferredby Articles 233 and234 read with

proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and in the light of dictum of the Honble Supreme Court in the

matter of State of Maharashtra Vs Labour Law Practitioners Association and Other reported in AIR

1998SC1233 the Governor of Chhattisgarh, in consultation with the High Court and the State public ,service

Commission, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Labour Judicial Service

(Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules,2015, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

For clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 6, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"(b) by promotion from existing cadre of Labour Judge of Lab,our Court on the basis of merit-cum

seniority, by the High Court."
