TIm CHHATTISGanH IppROPRIATION (No'1) ACT' 2021'

An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums frQm and out

of the Consolidated Fund of ihe State of Chhattisgarh for the services of the Financial Year

2020-2021.

Be it enacted by the chhattisgarh Legislahre in the Seventy Second Year of the

Republic of India, as follows :-

This Act may be called the chhattisgarh Appropriation(No. l)Act,2}2l'

From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh there may be

paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (3) of the Schedule,

^including tlr. ,*. specified in column (3) of-the Schedule of the chhattisgarh

appropriation Act,262l,amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Five Hundred

Five Crore Seven Hundred Rupees towards defraying the several charges which will

come in the course ofpaymeni during the financial yeat 2020'2021 in respect of

services specified in column (2) ofthe schedule'

The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund

of the state of chhattisg*t uy this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and

purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said financial year.
