Following amendments are made in Chhattisgarh High Court Services

(Appointrnent, Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules,20l7:-

AMENDMENT

l. After (xxiii-a) to Rule 2, Part-I to Chhattisgarh High Court Services (Appointrnent, Conditions of Service and

Conduct) Rules2Dl7, a row (xxiii-b) is inserted as below;

(xxiii-b) "Faculty in English Language (Grade Rank ofAssistant Professor)" means the Faculty in English

Language (Grade Rank ofAssistant Professor)" of Chhattisgarh State Judicial Academy.

2. In (xxxvi) to Rule 2, Part-I to Ctrhattisgarh High Court Services (Appointrnent, Conditions of Service and

Conduct) Rules 2017, the words "First Schedule and Second Schedule" are substituted with the words

"First Schedule, Second Schedule and Third Schedule".

3. In(xii) to Rule 2,Part-lto Chhattisgarh High Court Services (Appointment, Conditions of Serviceand

Conduct) Rules 2017, the words "First Schedule and Second Schedule" are substituted with the words

"First Schedule, Second Schedule and Third Schedule".

4. In Rule-20(1) of Chhattisgarh High Court Services(Appointment,ConditionsofServiceandConduct)

Rules 2017, the words "Fourth Schedule" are substituted with the words "Fifth Schedule".

5. In First Schedule to Chhattisgarh High Court Services (Appointrnent, Conditions of Service and Conduct)

Rules 2017, after sl. no. 23. Accounts Offrcer, the following row is inserted:-
