Government, with the conclurance of Hon'ble the ChiefJustice ofthe High Court of Ctrhauisgarh, hereby, withdrawing

the services of Shri Jaideep Garg, Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ambikapur, member of Higher Judicial

Service, from the High Court of Chhattisgarh, places his services under Law and Legislative Affairs Department,

Government of Chhattisgarh and appoints him as Judge, Commercial Court (District Level), Nawa Raipur, from the date

he assumes charge of his office.
