lO-27/2O2llCT/(EX)N(26).-.In exercise of the powers conferred under proviso of sub-

s_9cJio(3) llgng with sub-section(1) and clause (d), (e), (0, G), ard (h), of sub-section (2) of section 62 of

Chhattisgarh Excise Act, l9t5 ( No. II of 1915), the State Government hereby pr"rc.ibjt following more

amendmont in Chhattisgarh Foreign Liquor Rules, 1996, i.e. :-

AMENDMENT

In the above rules :-

(1) The sub-rule (2) ofrule 14 of Chhattisgarh Foreigrr Liquor Rules, 1996, to be replaced as follows :-

l4(2) t The transport pennit, without considering the quantity of liquor to be transported, shall not

be issued unless transportation fees at the rate of " Five hundred rupees" foi ttre licensees of f .f . Z,F.L. 3,

F'L. 3(a), F.L.4, F.L. 4(a), F.L. 5, F.L. 5(a), F.L.6,F.L.7, f.L. g ana at the rate of "Fifteen hundred

rupees" for the licensees of F.L. 9, F.L. 9(a), F.L. 10, F.L. l0(a), F.L. l0(b) and F.L I l, is not deposited in

full, in the treasury of its district concerned.

2. Theabove amendment shall be applicable fuom 0l-04-2021.
