In compliance of Memo No. 312/I-8-6/2001 (Pt. IV)/Confdl/2017, Bilaspur.

Dated 25th March, 2021, and on recommendation of the Hon’ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, the State Government,

hereby, withdraws the services of Shri Sanjay Kumar Soni, Member of Lower Judicial Service, from the High Court of

Chhattisgarh, places him under Law and Legislative Affairs Department, Government of Chhattisgarh and appoints him

as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Dantewara on deputation from the date he assumes charge of the office.
