In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 36 of the

Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, (No. 61 of 1985) the State Government, in consulation with the

High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of it’s Memo No. 4145/Checker/III/6-4/2003 dated 27-03-2021, hereby,

makes the following amendments in this Department’s previous notifications namely:-

AMENDMENT

(1)

In the Notification No. 9675/3648/XXI-B/C.G./13 Dated 17-10-2013, in Serial No.-1 column No.-2, for

the words “Additional Sessions Judge, Bemetera” the words “Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Bemetara”

shall be substituted.

(2)

In the Notification No. 24/4073/XXI-B/C.G./2020 Dated 01-01-2020, in Serial No.-1 column No.-2, for

the words “Additional Sessions Judge, Saraipali” the words “Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Saraipali”

shall be substituted.
