NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 153 of the

Indian Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003), the State Government, in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh

and in compliance of it’s Memo No. 4145/Checker/III/6-4/2003 dated 27-03-2021, hereby, makes the following

amendments in this Department’s previous notifications namely:-

AMENDMENT

01-

In the Notification No. 5119/1931/XXI-B/C.G./13 Dated 22-06-2013, in Serial No.-3 column No.-4, for the words

“Additional District and Sessions Judge Bemetara” the words “Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge,

Bemetara” shall be substituted.

02-

In the Notification No. 6612/2031/XXI-B/C.G./17 Dated 18-07-2017, in column No.-4, for the words “Addl.

Sessions Judge, Mungeli” the words “Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mungeli” shall be

substituted.

03-

In the Notification No. 10421/3260/XXI-B/C.G./17 Dated 13-11-2017, in Serial No.-3A column No.-4, for the

words “Additional District and Sessions Judge Saraipali” the words “Ist Additional District and Sessions

Judge, Saraipali” shall be substituted.
