In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 36 of

the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, (No. 61 of 1985) the State Government, in concurrence with

the Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of High Court of Chhattisgarh’s Memo No. 4298/

III-6-1/2001(Pt.-II) dated 08-04-2021, hereby, makes the following order further to amend this department’s previous

notification, relating to the entries mentioned in Column-(3) & (4) of the schedule namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the schedule of the said Notification, officers mentioned in column No. (3) are appointed as Special Judge

under section 36 (2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, (No. 61 of 1985), at the
