In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution

of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Scheduled

Tribes and Scheduled Caste Development Sub-ordinate Service (Class-III-Non-Ministerial) Recruitment Rules, 2011,

namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule of the said rules, -

In column (5) of serial number 18 of Schedule-I, for the words and figure “9300-34800+Grade pay 4200”, the

words and figure “Pay Matrix Level-9”, shall be substituted.
