In exercise of the powers conferred byArticle 233 read with the proviso

to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, in consultation with the High Court of

Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment

and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

In sub-rule (1) of rule 9, for the words “appointed on probation for a period of two years”, the words

“appointed on probation for a period of three years” shall be substituted.
