NOTIFICATION

No' F 3-9120 l2/38-2.-In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso of sub-section (l) of Section 9

of the chhattisgarh Private universities (Establishment and operation;.t.t,2005 (No.l3 oizoos;, the State

G-o191ment, hereby approval to introduce the following new tiaching programme as per the recommendation

of chhattisgarh Private University.Regulatory commission vide its lJtter No. g67Ni;idh/l7t(c)/2otg/ts7os,

dated 06-03-2021, grants permission to shri Rawapura Sarkar University, Near Shadani Darbar, village-

Dhaneli, Post office-Mana, Dhamtari Road, Tehsil and District-Raipur (Ciirattisgarh), * p". the conditions

given here in below:-

1. Nursing/Paramedical

Conditions:-

(A)

operations of and admission to the aforesaid faculties/courses shall commence only after

relevant ordinances for the aforesaid faculties/courses are issued in accordance with the p.ouirions contained in

clause (m) of sub-section (4) of Section 7 and Section 35 of the Chhattisgarh private Universities (Establishment

and Operation) Act, 2005.

(B)

It shall be mandatory to seek prior perrnission from UGC, New Delhi and other central

Regulatory Bodies, as per the requiremen! before the cornmencement of the afoiesaid faculties/courses.
