NOTIFICATION

F 642-2012-12.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Mines and Minerals

(Regulation andDevelopment) Act, 1957 (No.67 of 1957), the State Governmenl hereby, makes the following

further arne4dment in the Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 2015, namely:-

In the said rules,-

In rule 34, fo1 the words "exploitation", wherever they occur, the words and symbols

"prospecting/composit license/quarrying" shall be substituted respectively.
