NOTIFICATION

No. F 5- l3l20 17 /lO-2.- ktexercise of the powerc conferred by sub-section ( I ) of Section 4 ofthe Indian Forest

Act, 1927 (No. 16 of 1927), the State Government, hereby, declares that it has been decided to constitute the following

land with khasra number and area as shown in columns (a) and (5) respectively of the Schedule mentioned below and

within such situation and limits as specified in column (6) of the said Schedule as 'Reserved Forest' and appoints the

Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Khairagarh Sub-Division to act as the Forest Settlement-Officer to inquiri into and

determine the existence, nature and extent ofany rights alleged to exist in favour ofany person in or over any land
