NOTIFICATION

No. F 1-712015/16 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by Articles ²³³ and234 ^{read with proviso to}

Article 309 of the Constitution of ^India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, ^{hereby, makes the following further}

amendment in the Chhattisgarh ^Labour Judicial Service ^{(Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2015,}

namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

l.

For sub-rule (3) of rule 6, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"(3) Method of ^Appointment of ^{President.- President shall be appointed by the State Government in}

accordance with clause ^(a), (b) or ^(c) of sub-section ⁽²⁾ of Section 9 of Ctrhattisgarh ^Industrial

Relations Act, 1960 (No. 27 of 1960)."

2.

For rule l2,the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"12. Interpretation.- If any ^question arises as ^{to the interpretation of these rules, the decision of the}

State Government shall be fmal."

3.

Rule 13 shall be omitted.
