No.37ll4/fn/FCC/Fow/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (l) of Article 243-I of

the Constitution of India read with Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Rajya Vitta Ayog Adhiniy;, 1994 (No.3 of

1994), as amended, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, irrtitui". the Fourth State Finance Commission

The Chairman of the Commission shall hold office from the date on which he assumes oflice upto 3lst

July,2023.

The Notification in respect of the Terms of Reference of the Commission would be issued separately.

The Commission shall make its report available on or before 3l st July, 2023 on each of the matters

mentioned in the notification referred in pa{a 3- above, covering a perioi of 5 (five) yearsc;;;;;;;;
