No.F 9-27/2008/29-l(3).- ln exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential

Commodities Act,. 1955 (No. 10 of 1955) read with clause 2l of Chhauisgarh Public Distribution System

(Control) Otder, 2016, the State Govemment, hereby, makes the following firther arnendment in the

Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Ordeq 2016, namcly :-
