An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain fufther sums from and out of the

Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh for the services of the Financial Year 2021-2022.

Be.it enacted by the Ctrhattisgarh Legislature in the Seventy Second Year of the Republic of India, as

follows:-

This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Appropriation (No. 3)

Shorttitle.

From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of

Chhattisgarh there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding 24,85,59,31,7A0 from and

those specified in column (3) of the Schedule, including the sums out of the Conscjlidated

specified in colum (3) of the Schedule of the Chhattisgarh Fund of the State for the

Appropriation Act, 2021, amounting in the aggregate to the sums. Financial Year 2021-2022.

of 24,85,59,31,700 Rupees (Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty

Five Crore Fifty Nine Lakh Thirty One Thousand Seven Hundred)

towards defraying the several iha.ges which will come in the

course of payment during the financial year 2021-2022 in respect

of services specified in column (2) of the schedule.

The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the

Appropriation.

Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh by this Act, shall

be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the

Schedr,rle in relation to the said financial year.
