NOTIFICATION

No.F l0-42/2021/CT(Ex)N(61).- [n exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d), (e), (0, (g) and

(h) of sub-section (2), read with the proviso of sub-section(3) of section 62 of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915

(No. II of 1915) the State Govemment, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Chhattisgarh

Foreip Liquor Rules 1996, namely :-

In the aforesaid rules :-

AMENDMENT

(l)

In Condition No. (7-A) of Form F.L.-2, for the words and figures, "780 bottles of beer" the word

and figures, "10 percent of the annual prescribed minimum guaranteed quantlty of beer ", shall be

substituted.

(2) tn Condition No. (6-A) of Form F.L.-3, for the words and figures, '420 Quart bottles of spirit and

660 bottles of beer", the word and figures, "10 percent of the annual prescribed minimum

guaranteed quantity ofspirit and beer", shall be substituted.

(3) In Condition No. (6) (A) of Form F.L.-3A, for the words and figures, "420 Quart bottles of spirit

and 660 bottles of beer", the word and figures "10 percent of the annual prescribed minimum

guaranteed quantlty ofspirit and beer", shall be substituted.

(4) In Condition No. (a) of Form F.L.-4, after the words, " at any one time" the words and figures,

"250 ^(two hundred and fifty) Quart bottles of spirit", and after the word, "and", the words and

figwes, "450 (four hundred and fifty) quart bottles of beer", shall be substituted.

(5) In Condition No. (a) of Form F.L.-4A, for the words and figures, "144 (One Hundred and Forty

Four) Quart bottles of spirit and 288 (Two Hundred and Eighty Eight) quart bottles of malt", the

word and figures, " l0 percent of the annual prescribed minimum guaranteed quantlty of spirit and

beer", shall be substituted.

This notification shall be applicable from the date of notification.
