No. F 7-1912015/12.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9(B), sub-

section (a) of section 15 and Section 15A of the Mines and Minerals (Develop*errt ard

Regulation) Act, 1957 (N9. 67 of 19571, the State Government, hereby, makes the following

further amendment in the Chhattisgarh District Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2Ol

namely:-

In the said rules,-

In rule 10, in table,-

(i)

serial number I and entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

(ii)

in column (3) serial number 1A, for the words "Ex officio Member Secretary",

the word "Ex-officio Chairman" shall be substituted.

(iii)
