constitution. the presiclent is pleased to prornulgate the following ordinance:-

l. ( l) This ordinance may be called the Narcotic Drttgs and Psychotropic sribstances

(Amendtrrent) Ordinance' 2021'

(?) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the l st day of May' 20 1 4'

2. In section 27A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotlopic substances Act, 1985' fbr

the rvords, brackets, letters and t-tgure "clause (viiia) of section.2", the rvords' brackets'

(viiib) of section 2" shall be substituted'
