Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961) the State Government, hereby,

intend to include the following areas of Gram Panchayat in the boundary of Nagar

Panchayat Chandkhuri in District-Raipur as per Schedule given below :-

The Revised boundary of Nagar Panchayat Chandkhuri is as under :-

The Boundaries of the Nagar Panchayat Chandkhuri shall include the boundaries of

existing Limits of Nagar Panchayat Chandkhuri, Ward No 1 to 13 of Gram Panchayat

Mungesar and Ward No 11 and 12 of Gram Panchayat Mungi shall be the limits of Nagar

Panchayat Chandkhuri.

Any person or any local authority may submit his Suggestion/objection in writing to

the Collector, District Raipur on any official day and time within 10 days from the date of

Publication in the "Chhattisgarh Rajpatra" for the consideration of the State Government.
