NOTICE

No.437912563122-l/2021.- The following draft amendment in the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Upsarpanch,

PresidentandVicePresident)NirvachanNiyam, 1995which thestate Government proposes tomake,in exercise of the

powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 95 read with Section 43 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam,

1993 (No. I of 1994) is hereby, published as required by sub-section (3) of Section 95 ofthe saidAc! for the information

ofall persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration

after the expiry of fifteen days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.

Any objection or suggestion regarding the said draft received from any person, before the specified period

during ofiice hours by the offtce of the Under Secretary, Departuent of Panchayat and Rural Development,

Government of Chhattisgarh, Room No. AD0-C8, Mahanadi Bhawan, Mantralaya, Nava RaipurAtal Nagar, District

Raipur shall be considered by the Government of Chhattisgarh.

DRAFTAMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

In rule 20, for the words "shall as soon as may be", the words "within 30 days from the date of occurrence of

vacancy, shall" shall be substituted.
