NOTIFICATION

No. F-2019-04-04884/Finance/Rules/IV- ― The Government of Chhattisgarh issued the Notification

No. 977/761/F/R/04, dated 27th October, 2004 by the introduction of a new Contributory Pension Scheme based

on Defined Contribution for all the employees, who are recruited to a Pensionable establishment of the

Government of Chhattisgarh on or after 1-11-2004, the State Government, hereby, makes the following

amendment in the said scheme, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said scheme,-

For point number 2, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"2.

Each employee will pay a monthly contribution of 10% of Basic Pay and dearness allowance

from his salary to the Contributory Pension Scheme and monthly contribution of the State

Government will be 14% of the salary and dearness allowance of the employee."

This amendment shall be effective from 01-04-2022.
