In pursuance of the provision contained in the proviso to sub-section
(2) of Section 13 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), notice is hereby given that in
exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the said code, the State Government,
proposes to alter the limits of Tahsil specified in column (3), to create a new Tahsil specified in column ( ) and
to define the limits thereof as specified in the Schedule below.
The proposal shall be taken into consideration on the expiry ofsixty days from the date ofpublication
of this notice in the Offrcial Gazelte and any objections or suggestions in respect thereof may be forwarded, in
writing to the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Departrhent of Revenue and Disaster Management,
Mantralaya, Mahandi Bhawan, Capitol Complex, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, Disttrict Raipur before the expirty of
the said period :-
