No. F 6-66/2021/CT(R)/V(32).⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, relaxes the minimum qualifying service of five

years, for only one time, fixes minimum service for two years, prescribed for the promotion from post of Class-

III Executive Upper Division Registration Clerk/Record Keeper to Class-III Executive Sub-Registrar in

column(5) at serial number 1 in schedule –IV of the Chhattisgarh Registration and Stamp Service Class-III(Non-

Ministerial) Services Recruitment Rules, 1989, for the calendar year, 2022.

This amendment shall be read and construed as if the aforesaid amendment was not made therein.
