Anelection is to be held of two members to the Council of States by the elected

members of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly;

Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or by any of his proposers, to

the Returning

Officer or in his absence to the Assistant

Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Bhavan, Raipur between 11.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. on

The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at 12.30 P.M. on Wednesday,

Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by

at his office before 3.00 P.M. on Friday, the 3" June , 2022;

In the event of election being contested, the poll will be taken on Friday, the 10"
