In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitu-

tion of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Election

(Non-Gazetted) Class-III Service Recruitment Rules, 2011 namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

for serial number 3 of Schedule-II the following shall be subsituted, namely:-

“3.

Assistant Programmer

For entry (3) of column (5) of serial number 1 of Schedule-III, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“(3) Certificate of Hindi and English typing 5000 (key) Depression per hour (through computer and software)

from Recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for

speed shall be taken).”

For entry (2) of column (5) of serial number 7 of Schedule-III, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“(2) One year diploma/Certificate in data entry operator/programming from any recognized institute and certifi-

cate of Hindi and English typing 8000 (key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from Recognized

Board/Institute of Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken).”
