THE CHHATTISGARH VIDHAN MANDAL NETA PRATIPAKSHA (VETAN TATHA

BHATTA) (SANSHODHAN) ADHINIYAM, 2022.

An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Mandal Neta Pratipaksha (Vetan

Tatha Bhatta) Adhiniyam, 1980 (No. 8 of 1980).

Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Seventy-third Year of the Republic

of India, as follows :-

This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Mandal Neta

Pratipaksha (Vetan Tatha Bhatta) (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2022.

It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

For the existing Schedule of the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Mandal Neta Pratipaksha

(Vetan Tatha Bhatta) Adhiniyam, 1980 (No. 8 of 1980), the following Schedule shall be

substituted, namely:-
