NOTIFICATION

No. F 4-98/2017/Seven-1 .⸺ In exercise of powers conferred by the first proviso of sub-section (2) of

Section 59 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), the State Government, hereby,

provides the following exemptions from the re-assessment, namely:-

"The new micro and small industries shall be exempted 50% from the re-assessment if the land not

exceeding five acres is diverted and private industrial areas/industrial parks shall be given 90% exemption from

re-assessment if a minimum 25 acres of land is diverted.

Provided further that, in Surguja and Bastar division, private industrial areas shall be given 90%

exemption from re-assessment if a minimum 20 acres of land is diverted."
