No.&150A@LFkk-@2022@3218- ― In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309

of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in

the Chhattisgarh Election (Non-Gazetted) Class-III Service Recruitment rules, 2011, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

For rule 18, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-

"18. Probation.-(1) Every person recruited directly to the service shall be appointed on probation for a

period of 3 years.

(2) Every person posted by promotion to the service shall be appointed in officiating capacity for a

period of 2 years."
