the Constitution of Indiq the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, by rela,xing the minimum quahSing service of

05 years only one time, for the calendar year,2022, fixes minimum 03 ^{years prescribed} fijr the ^promotion from

post of Additional commissioner of State Ta:r to Special commissioner of State Tax in column(3) of serial

number I of schedule-IV ofthe Ctrhattisgarh Commercial Tax ^(Gazetted) Services Recruitment Rules, 2019.

This amendment shall be read and constued as ifthe aforesaid amendment was not made therein.
