NOTICE

No. F 11-03/2021/Seven-4.⸺ In pursuance of the provision contained in the proviso to

sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), notice is

hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the said Code,

the State Government, proposes to the following amendment in Notification No. F 6-78/Seven-

3/Revenue/2005, Dated 2nd January, 2008 and Notification No. F 11-03/2021/Seven-4, Dated 31st

March, 2022 by making partial change in the boundaries of Tahsil Baramkela and Tahsil Sariya, District

Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, repectively;

The proposal shall be taken into consideration on the expiry of Sixty days from the date of

publication of this notice in the Official Gazette and any objections or suggestions in respect thereof may

be forwarded, in writing to the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Revenue and

Disaster Management, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Capitol Complex, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, District

Raipur before the expiry of the said period :-
