सं. 52/2023/एसडʟआर/खंड-।.- लोक Śɚतəनɚधċ व अɚधəनयम, 1951 कʡ धारा 60 के खंड(ग) के उपबंधाȶ के अनुसरण मȶ
əनवाùचन आयोग एतǸ्वारा əवəनɼद͆ę ट करता है əक 80 वषù से अɚधक आयु के əनवाùचक और शारʟɗरक əन:शü तता (बȶचमाकù ) वाले
əनवाùचक, ɜजď हȶ राă य कʡ əनवाùचक नामावɛलयाȶ के डाटा बेस मȶ पहले से ही ɚचɚȍत/इंəगत əकया गया हो, और जो डाक मतपŕ Ȁारा
मतदान करने के ɛलए आवेदन करते हɀ और जो संबंɚधत ɗरटʉन͆ग अɚधकारʟ Ȁारा उसके अनुरोध के सċ यापन कʡ शतù के अधीन हɀ, əनवाùचनाȶ
का संचालन əनयम, 1961 के भाग-।।।क, əवɚध एवं ď याय मंŕालय, भारत सरकार कʡ अɚधसूचना का. आ. सं. 3786 (अ.) ɘदनांक 22
अü तूबर, 2019 एवं का. आ. सं. 3778 (अ.) ɘदनांक 23 अगĚत, 2023 और इस əवषय पर əनवाùचन आयोग Ȁारा əनगùत əनदȺशाȶ एवं
ɘदशाəनदȺशाȶ के जɗरए यथा-संशोɚधत, के अनुसार लोक Śɚतəनɚधċ व अɚधəनयम, 1951 कʡ धारा 30 के अंतगùत अɚधसूɚचत होने वाले
ɚमजोरम, छǴीसगढ़, मĎय Śदेश, राजĚथान और तेलंगाना कʡ əवधानसभाआȶ के ɛलए साधारण əनवाùचन और नागालɀड के 43-तापी
(एसटी) əवधानसभा əनवाùचन Zेŕ मȶ उपचुनाव मȶ डाक मतपŕ Ȁारा मतदान करने के ɛलए ė यɡüतयाȶ कʡ एक ţेणी हाȶगे।

NOTIFICATION
No. 52/2023/SDR/Vol.I.- In pursuance of the provisions of clause (c) of Section 60 of the Representation
of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby specifies that the elector above the age of 80 years and
elector with physical disability (benchmark) as already marked/flagged in the data base of the electoral rolls of
the State and, who requests for voting by postal ballot paper and subject to the verification of his request by
Returning Officer concerned, would be a class of persons to give his vote by postal ballot in the ongoing general
elections to the Legislative Assemblies of Mizoram, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan & Telangana
and bye election in 43-Tapi(ST) Assembly Constituency of Nagaland, to be notified under Section 30 of the
Representation of the People Act, 1951, as per the provisions in Part-IIIA of the Conduct of Elections Rules,
1961, as amended vide Ministry of Law & Justice, Govt. of India, Notification SO No. 3786(E), dated 22nd
October, 2019, and SO No.3778(E), dated 23rd August, 2023.
