F. No.14391/3830/XXI-B/C.G./23. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), (1-A), (2)

and (3) of Section 3 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (No. 4 of 2016), and in consultation with the High

Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 14030/III-4-1/2016/Checker, Bilaspur, dated 20th

October, 2023, the State Government, hereby, amends this Department's Notification no. 5853/1665/XXI-

B/C.G./2016, dated 15-06-2016 and, constitute and designate the following courts as mentioned in column (3) of

Schedule I, II and III below as Commercial Courts with specified pecuniary jurisdiction, at zone specified in

corresponding entries in column (2), for the area specified in column (4) of the respective table, namely:-
