NOTIFICATION

No. F 1-27/2022/22-2.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh hereby, makes the following further amendment in the

Chhattisgarh Development Commissioner Panchayat and Rural Development Class-III (Ministerial and

Non-Ministrial) and Class-IV Services Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

1.

Sub-clause (e) of clause (I) of rule 8 is omitted.

2.

For Rule 13 following are substituted, namely -

"13. Probation.- (1)

Every person recrited directlely to the service shall be appointed on

probation for a period of 3 years."

(2)

Every person posted by promotion to the service, shall be appointed in

officiating capacity for a period of 2 years."

3.

For entry (3) of column (5) of serial number 10 of Schedule- III, the following are substituted, namely:-

"(3)

One year diploma/certificate in data entry operator/programming form any recognized

Institute and certificate of Hindi or English typing 5000 (Key) depression per hour (through

computer and software) from Recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing

Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."

4.

For entry (2) of column (5) of serial number 12 of Schedule- III, the following are substituted, namely:-

"(2)

One year diploma/certificate in data entry operator/programming form any recognized

Institute and certificate of Hindi or English typing 8000 (Key) depression per hour (through

computer and software) from Recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing

Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."

5.

For entry (3) of column (5) of serial number 14 of Schedule- III, the following are substituted, namely:-

"(3)

Cirtificate of Hindi or English typing 5000 (Key) depression per hour (through computer and

software) from Recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination

Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."

6.

In column (2) of serial number 9 of Schedule-IV, after the words "Assistant Superintendent", the words

and symbole "/Assistant Grade-I" are inserted.
