No. 363/37/XXI-B/CG/2024.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 233 of the

Constitution of India , read with sub-rule (1) of rule 8 and clause (b) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 5 of the

Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006, the Governor of

Chhattisgarh, on the recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, appoints the following
