No. 07 (Mis.)/II-15-19/2024.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of the Article 229 of

the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur, makes the

following amendment in Chhattisgarh High Court Services (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Conduct)

Rules, 2017:-

AMENDMENT

(A)

Minimum 7 years working experience/continuous service required for Class-IV employees (including

Contingency Paid Employees) for departmental examination for promotion to the Class-III posts is

replaced by 5 years service in Class-IV posts (including Contingency Paid Employees).

(B)

In column no. 4, sl. no. 11, First Schedule, Class-III Posts to said Rules, the sentence "minimum 40%

marks (Ten of Twenty Five) in each paper/subject namely (A) English Language, (B) Computer

Operation (C) Computer Typing (English) and Computer Typing (Hindi)" to get qualified" is replaced

by the sentence "20% marks (5 out of 25) in each paper/subject namely (A) English Language, (B)

Computer Operation (C) Computer Typing (English) and Computer Typing (Hindi)" and in aggregate

35% marks (35 out of 100 marks)" to get qualified."
