ɛसफाɗरशाȶ पर, एतǸ्वारा, छǴीसगढ़ शासन के वाɜणɠăयक कर əवभाग कʡ अɚधसूचना सं. 30/2023-राăय कर ņमांक एफ 10-

39/2023/वाक/पांच(58) ɘदनांक 03-11-2023, ɜजसे छǴीसगढ़ के राजपŕ (असाधारण) मȶ, ņमांक 595 तारʟख 14-11-2023

मȶ Śकाɛशत əकया गया था, का əनĔनɛलɝखत संशोधन करती है, अथाùत् :-

उüत अɚधसूचना मȶ, “ रɜजĚŐीकृत ȃɡüत Ȁारा अपनाई जाने वाली əनĔनɛलɝखत əवशेष Śəņया को” शĒदाȶ के पȄात् “ 1 जनवरʟ,

2024 से” शĒद अंत:Ěथाəपत əकए जाएंगे और 31 जुलाई, 2023 से अंतĚथाəपत ȩए समझे जाएंगे ।

एतǸ्वारा Śकाɛशत əकया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION

No. 47/2023 - State Tax

No. F 10-02/2024/CT/V(03) .–– In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Chhattisgarh

Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government,

on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No.

30/2023–State Tax, No. F 10-39/2023/CT/V(58), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 03-11-

2023, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 595 dated the 14-11-2023, namely:-

In the said notification, after the words “hereby notifies the following special procedure to be followed”

the words and figures “with effect from 1st day of January 2024” shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have

been inserted with effect from the 31st July 2023.
