3 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (No. 4 of 2016) and with concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the

Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, the State Government, hereby, withdrawing the services of Shri Pankaj

Sharma, Additional Judge to the Court of Additional District And Sessions Judge, Kawardha, from the High

Court of Chhattisgarh, and appoints him as Judge, Commercial Court (District Level), Raipur from the date he

assumes charge of his office.
