Constitution of India, read with sub-rule (1) of rule 8 and clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Chhattisgarh

Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006, the Governor of Chhattisgarh on
