कायªøम िजसके िलए िविहत कायªøम अविध
सेमेÖटर म¤ है , को पूरा करने के िलए Æयूनतम
अनु²ेय अविध (एन+4) के िलए होगी । जहाँ
‘एन’ सेमेÖटर कì कुल सं´या है । कायªøम कì
सभी अपे±ाएं (एन+4) सेमेÖटर म¤ पूणª करना
होगा । परÆतु यू.जी.सी.अथवा संबंिधत िनयामक
अिभकरण Ĭारा अÆयथा ³यŌिक ÿावधान
िनधाªåरत िकया जाता है, तो उसका पालन िकया
जावेगा ।

वषª (14 सेमेÖटर) कì होगी।
2.
पीसीआई Ĭारा अनुमोिदत पाठ्यøमŌ के िलए अिधकतम
अनु²ेय अविध (2एन) सेमेÖटर होगी जहां "एन" कायªøम के
िलए िनधाªåरत सेमेÖटर कì कुल सं´या है।
3.
सेमेÖटर ÿणाली के तहत अÆय पाठ्यøमŌ के िलए अिधकतम
अनु²ेय अविध (एन+4) सेमेÖटर होगी जहां "एन" कायªøम के
िलए िनधाªåरत सेमेÖटर कì कुल सं´या है।
4.
यू.जी.सी. अथवा िकसी अÆय संबंिधत िनयामक ÿािधकरण
Ĭारा यिद कोई ÿावधान ÿदान िकया जाता है तो उसका पालन
िकया जाएगा।

(i))
अËयथê जो िकसी भी सेमेÖटर / वािषªक अंत कì
परी±ा म¤ दो िवषयŌ से अिधक म¤ अनु°ीणª हòए
हŌ ।
एकिवīाथê अगले सेमेÖटर म¤ तभी पदोÆनत होगा जब वह उस
सेमेÖटर कì परी±ा म¤ Æयूनतम 65% पाठ्यøमŌ म¤ उ°ीणª होगा ।
अÆय पाठ्यøम जो अÆय िनयामक िनकायŌ के Ĭारा
िविनयिमत/अनुमोिदत हŌगे उनके िलए अÆय िनयामक िनकायŌ कì
नीितयŌ का पालन िकया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 3-41/2020/38-2.— Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission, Raipur Vide its
Letter No. 10207/ iz-ifj- ,oa iz-v/;k-@2020@19478, Dated 29-12-2023 has approved the amendment of
Ordinance No. 02 and 53 of Shri Shankaracharya Professional University, Village-Junwani, Bhilai, District-
Durg (Chhattisgarh) Under Section 29 (2) of Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment & Operation)
Act, 2005.

The State Government hereby gives its approval for notification of these Ordinances in Official
Gazette.
3.
The above Ordinances shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.

completing
a
programme under semester
system
shall
be
(n+4)
semesters where “n” is the
total number of semesters
prescribed for the programme.

the
programme
requirements shall have to be
completed in (n+4) semesters.
Provided

provision
otherwise prescribed by the
U.G.C. or any concerned
Regulatory Authority shall be
followed.
(1) The maximum permissible period for
completing B.Tech. Course shall be
07 years (14 Semesters).
(2) The maximum permissible period for
the courses approved by PCI will be

the programme.
(3) The maximum permissible period for
other courses under semester system

(4) Provided any provision otherwise
