बारहवीं क¢ा या समक¢ मɅ मुÉय ͪवषय के
Ǿप मɅ ͪव£ान के साथ ͩकसी भी ͪवषय मɅ
ͩकसी भी माÚयͧमक ͧश¢ा बोड[ या उसके
समक¢ से 10+02 या समक¢ उ×तीण[ होना
चाǑहए। बारहवीं क¢ा मɅ गͨणत मुÉय ͪवषय
होना चाǑहए। बारहवीं क¢ा मɅ मुÉय ͪवषय के
Ǿप मɅ गͨणत नहȣं रखने वाले उàमीदवार को
तीन Ĥयासɉ मɅ छह सेमेèटर के दौरान गͨणत
का एक ͪवशेष पेपर पास करना होगा, ऐसा न
करने पर उàमीदवार BСА कȧ ͫडĒी ĤाÜत
करने के ͧलए पाğ नहȣं होगा।
बीसीए पाɫयĐम मɅ Ĥवेश के ͧलए Ûयूनतम योÊयता
उÍचतर माÚयͧमक ͧश¢ा (10+2) या गͨणत के साथ
अǓनवाय[/वैकिãपक ͪवषय के Ǿप मɅ कोई अÛय समक¢
परȣ¢ा होगी। यǑद उàमीदवार के पास 10+2 èतर पर
गͨणत नहȣं है, तो उसे बीसीए ͫडĒी ĤोĒाम के अÛय
Ǔनधा[ǐरत पेपरɉ के साथ-साथ "ǒĦज कोस[ के Ǿप मɅ
गͨणत" को पास करने के ͧलए अनंǓतम Ǿप से Ĥवेश लेने
कȧ अनुमǓत दȣ जा सकती है। छाğ को तीन Ĥयासɉ मɅ
छह सेमेèटर मɅ ǒĦज कोस[ के Ǿप मɅ गͨणत उ×तीण[
करना होगा, ऐसा न करने पर उàमीदवार बीसीए कȧ ͫडĒी
के ͧलए पाğ नहȣं होगा।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 3-3/2019/38-2.— Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission, Raipur Vide its
Letter No. 1027/ iz-ifj-@iz-v-@ds-ds-eks-;w-/2019/19465, Dated 29-12-2023 has approved the amendment of
Ordinance No. 04 of K.K.Modi University, Village-Mahmara, Jalbhandha Road, Tehsil and District-Durg
(Chhattisgarh) Under Section 29 (2) of Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment & Operation) Act,
2005.
2.
The State Government shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

The above Ordinance shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.

Subject: Change in admission eligibility criteria of Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT:
1. This ordinance may be called the K. K. Modi University, Durg Amended.
2. It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
3. In Ordinance Number 4 Faculty of Science, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA).
In the First paragraph under eligibility criteria after the words "Must have passed 10+02 or equivalent from any
Board of secondary education or equivalent there to in any discipline with science as one of the core subject in
the class XII or equivalent. Mathematics should be the core subjects in the class XIl.A candidate not having
mathematics as core subject in class XII will have to pass a special Paper of Mathematics in course of six
semesters in three attempts, failing which the candidate will not be eligible to get the degree of BCA the words
"The minimum qualification for admission to the BCA course shall be Higher Secondary Education (10+02) or
any other equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the compulsory/optional subject. If the candidate
does not have mathematics at 10 + 2 level then he/she may be provisionally allowed to take admission subject to
clear "Maths as Bridge Course" along with other prescribe paper of BCA degree programme. The student has to
pass Mathematics as Bridge Course within six semesters in three attempts, falling which the candidate will not
be eligible of award of degree of BCA.", shall be change in place of existing admission eligibility criteria.
