proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, in consultation with the High

Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial

Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

In sub-rule (5) of rule 12, for the words "shall serve one month's prior notice or one month salary in

lieu thereof at the time of such relinquishment", the words " shall serve three month's prior notice or three month

salary in lieu thereof at the time of such relinquishment" shall be substituted.
