NOTIFICATION

No. 12285/Rules/2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred under Articles 227, 233, 234 and 235 of the

Constitution of India, the High Court of Chhattisgarh hereby makes the following amendments in the

Chhattisgarh Judicial Officers (Confidential Rolls) Regulations, 2015, which shall come into force with

immediate effect :-

AMENDMENTS

1. In Sl. No. 8 of Schedule-I, under Column 'Reporting Authority', the words, "Chief Secretary on the

basis of report of Secretary to Hon'ble the Governor" shall be replaced with the words, "Portfolio

Judge of District Raipur".

2. In Sl. No. 8 of Schedule-I, under Column 'Reviewing Authority', the words, "Portfolio Judge of

Distt. Raipur" shall be replaced with the words, "Chief Justice".
