NOTIFICATION

No. 107(Mis.)/II-15-19/2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of the Article 229 of

the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur, makes the

following amendment in Chhattisgarh High Court Services (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Conduct)

Rules, 2017:-

AMENDMENT

1.

In clause 2 of column No. 5 of the Sl.No. 3 of Third Schedule, following shall be deleted:-

"By absorption of the Court Managers presently employed, as a one time measure, against the 75%

direct recruitment quota."

2.

In clause 3 of column No. 5 of the Sl.No. 3 of Third Schedule, after the words, 'amongst the' and before

the words 'Assistant Grade-I', the words, 'Section Officer having minimum 2 years experience in the

feeder post(s) strictly on merit-cum-seniority/' shall be inserted.

3.

In clause 3 of column No. 5 of the Sl.No.3 of Third Schedule, after the words, 'Assistant Grade-I of the

establishment', and before the words 'strictly', the words, 'having minimum 7 years experience in the

feeder post(s)' shall be inserted.

4.

Column No. 6 of the Sl.No.3 of Third Schedule shall be replaced with, "Level-12 (15600-

39100+5400/-G.P.)"

The above amendment shall come into the force with immediate effect.
