NOTIFICATION

No. 01-60/2008/10-1/F.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to

Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the

following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Class-III (Clerical Cadre) Forest Service

Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

Sub-clause (f) of clause (I) of rule 8 shall be omitted.

For rule 13, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

“13. Probation.- (1) Every person recruited directly to the service shall be appointed on

probation for a period of 3 years.

(2) Every person posted by promotion to the service shall be appointed in officiating

capacity for a period of 2 years.”

3. For Schedule-III, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:-
